As a therapist, I always felt I was reining myself in or putting on a show working in other salons (not only in the uk but abroad too); B|U was founded not just for me to be myself but for clients to also feel comfortable being themselves. You will find no airs or graces here, I pride myself on that and having created a safe space where everyone is treated equally.
